Kinomichi Workshop in Sweden

Kinomichi is a combination of the Japanese aikido tradition with Western concepts of movement awareness and lightness. Created by Master Noro, disciple of the Aikido founder, Master Ueshiba, Kinomichi is an art that combines:

The structure and energy of the martial arts tradition

The participation and harmony of dance

The body respect of anti-gymnastics

Japanese spirituality
